We are just now wrapping up our Spring Grade Exams at CGC Academy. As always, there were some wonderful submissions. And we always relish the opportunity to pause and celebrate the many accomplishments of our members.
To that end we are happy to share one of our Grade 1 submissions with you. The video below is from the Grade 1 submission of Academy member Aiko Higuchi (who was recently interviewed by Roger on the CGC Academy Member’s Podcast). Aiko joined the Academy back in August and was a complete beginner when she joined. We believe the video below shows just how much hard work and dedication pay off. Aiko’s playing is confident, well-controlled, and very musical. Congratulations, Aiko! (And, yes, she did pass her exam!)
